From Westfield to the Marvel Universe: Rialto Presents Conversation with One of Hollywood's Most Influential Creative Leaders
WESTFIELD, NJ – JUNE 2026 – The Rialto's Spotlight Series continues this summer with , an exclusive virtual conversation with Marvel Studios President and Chief Creative Officer of Marvel, Kevin Feige. The event will take place on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 6 pm at the Rialto Center for Creativity in Westfield, New Jersey.
A Westfield High School graduate, Kevin Feige is one of the most accomplished and acclaimed producers in the film industry. As President of Marvel Studios and Chief Creative Officer of Marvel, Feige is the driving creative force behind blockbuster films like Avengers: Endgame and Black Panther. Feige is the chief architect of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), the highest- grossing film franchise of all time.
"Kevin Feige's extraordinary journey from Westfield High School to becoming one of the most influential creative leaders in the world is a powerful example of what can happen when talent, imagination, and determination are nurtured," said Bill Crandall, President of the Board of Trustees of the Rialto Center for Creativity. "His story embodies the Rialto’s spirit of creativity and possibility, and we're honored that he is helping us launch the next chapter of this historic community landmark."
During the conversation, Feige will reflect on his journey from Westfield to Hollywood, discuss the creative and leadership decisions behind the Marvel phenomenon, and share insights into the power of storytelling, imagination, and artistic ambition. The discussion will be moderated by Garrett Vogel, Westfield resident and member of Elvis Duran and the Morning Show on Z100. Community members will enjoy signature Spider-Man-inspired cocktails and elevated appetizers from 6-7 pm, watch the live virtual conversation with Feige from 7-8 pm, and wrap up the night with a themed dessert reception from 8-9 pm.
This event is being held to help raise funds for our Rialto Reimagined campaign, which will fund construction and operations through government support, private donations, and future earned revenue streams. It is an exciting milestone that brings us closer to our grand reopening in 2028.
