PUBLISHING PROSE AND POP BIOGRAPHIES: WENDY LOGGIA

  • Rialto Center for Creativity 250 East Broad Street Westfield, NJ, 07090 United States (map)

This month, we’re bringing Wendy Loggia, a Westfield resident, Penguin Random House editor, and author of young adult books, to the Rialto to talk about what goes into making worldwide bestsellers.

Wendy Loggia is VP and Publisher of Delacorte Press, an imprint of Random House Children’s Books, where she leads a team shaping literature for young readers. Delacorte publishes acclaimed and bestselling middle-grade and YA fiction, including Newbery and Printz winners and major screen adaptations. Wendy also oversees Delacorte Romance and Joy Revolution. A veteran editor, she’s worked on 20+ New York Times bestsellers, including The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and The Sun Is Also a Star. She's also the author of 40+ books, including the #1 NYT bestseller Taylor Swift: A Little Golden Book Biography.

Join this month’s event to hear Loggia’s perspective on the importance of creativity, storytelling, and human connection to create a meaningful experience for young readers.
